On Dec 1, 2022, Dr Yasmine Nahlawi, the head of the Investigation Team at the Syrian British Consortium (SBC), visited the International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism (IIIM) office in Geneva alongside the Center for Justice and Accountability. SBC previously submitted evidence pertaining to the August 2012 Daraya massacre to the IIIM.
During this visit, we provided the IIIM with copies of the Daraya massacre report and discussed our current work within the organisation, as well as possibilities for future collaboration.
